Skydeck
Lianggong Skydeck is made of lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum alloy material as raw material, supplemented by advanced production technology to achieve the purpose of rapid lifting. In addition, the system is equipped with an early removal system, so that you can work on construction projects easily and safely, fast and cost saving. The system can be used repeatedly. In addition, the skydeck contains advanced design concepts, and the aluminum prop is equipped with a measuring scale for easy fine-tuning of the working process.
Lightweight aluminium support
It can be used in combination with countersunk heads and panels to form a complete system.
The lightweight aluminium supports not only facilitate easier handling and installation but are also safer and more durable.
On site, it can be rapidly installed and dismantled with minimal labour, which not only enhances efficiency but also reduces the need for other machines, making the site safe, tidy and orderly.
The SKYDECK system features adrophead.
The drophead principle enables striking after only 1 day, depending on the slab depth and concrete strength.
Striking is made easier as the panels can be more easily released from the concrete after a short time.
The possibility of striking after a short time permits work to be carried out more flexibly (e.g. during bad weather or when personnel have free capacity).
Forming with the SKYDECK droph-ead means fast concreting cycleswith small quantities of on-sitematerial requirements.

Aluminium Props range from 800mm to 625mm and have a maximum workload of up to 90kN.
Packaging&Shipping
Packaging:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Basket: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.

A:Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Q7: How to purchase your formwork and scaffolding?
For any order you proceed with, LIANGGONG will follow the following steps.
Step 1. Confirm the order based on our proposal after technical & commercial communication-by the customer, LIANGGONG overseas sales team and technical team.
Step 2. Make the deposit-by the customer.
Step 3. Report on production schedule weekly until completion-by LIANGGONG customer team.
Step 4. Execute pre-shipment inspection company.
Step 5. The balance payment-by the customer.
Step 6. Arrange the loading and shipment after balance payment-by LIANGGONG customer team.
Step 7. Submit the complete set of shipping documents via courier after departure- by LAINGGONG customer team. Step 8. Submit the complete set of the user manual, calculation, shop drawing and assembly drawings-by LIANGGONG overseas sales team.
