Trench Box

Trench Boxes System (also called trench shields, trench sheets, trench shoring system), is a safety-guard system most commonly used in the excavation of ditches and pipe laying etc. Due to its robustness and handiness, this steel-made trench boxes system has found its market throughout the world.

Trench box is used primarily in excavation when other solutions such as piling wouldn't be appropriate. Because trenches tend to be long and relatively narrow, Trench Box have been designed with this in mind and are therefore much better suitable for supporting un-sloped trench Slope requirements vary by different soil types. For example, stable soil can be sloped back to an angle of 53 degrees before requiring additional support, whereas the unstable soil can only be sloped back to 34 degrees before a box is required.

Packing

1.	Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2.	Different packages are used for different products:
	* Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
	* Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
	* Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
	* Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.

 

Delivery

1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment. 

2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 

3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
