Steel Frame Formwork
Steel frame formwork is made up of 12mm thick plywood covered with hollow steel. It is a complete product system with many types, such as wall formwork, column formwork, angle formwork and so on. Characteristics
(1)Type of construction:12mm thickness plywood with film in both sides, plastic faced plywood or high quality brown plywood.
(2)Light weight,easy for manual handling.
(3)The frame is highly strengthened, and the wall formwork can bear lateral pressure as much as 60 KN/m while the column formwork can bear 80KN/m.
(4)The adjustable steel clamp is convenient and can hold tightly.
(5)The plywood is screwed on from the back when connecting the frame and plywood, so the surface of the finished concrete is perfect.
(6)The steel frame could be used no less than 150 times without damage,lot times turnover means cost saving.
Packaging & Shipping
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
