Product Description
Single-side bracket is a formwork system for concrete casting of single-side wall, characterized by its universal components, easy construction and simple and quick operation. Since there is no wall-through tie rod, the wall body after casting is completely water-proof. It has been widely applied to the outer wall of basement, sewage treatment plant, subway and road& bridge side slope protection.
Due to construction site limitations and advancements in slope protection technology, the use of single-side brackets for basement walls is becoming increasingly common. Traditional methods fail to effectively control concrete lateral pressure, causing inconvenience and deformation issues in formwork operations. Our company's single-side bracket addresses formwork reinforcement challenges, offering advantages such as convenient construction, simple operation, high speed, reasonable load distribution, and labor savings. It supports a maximum casting height of 7.5 meters and includes brackets, formwork, and an anchoring system.

Truss type
Composite-type single-sided bracket is to be formed by standard frame and heighten frames as per project need for different heights, being up to 7.5m in one time casting,stand frame H=3.6m , heighten frame H=0.5m/1.6m/3.2m.
Diagonal Brace Type
Compared with the composite type, the diagonal-brace-type single-side bracket has the advantages of simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, convenient storage and transportation.

Packing
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.

Step 1. Confirm the order based on our proposal after technical & commercial communication-by the customer, LIANGGONG overseas sales team and technical team.
Step 2. Make the deposit-by the customer.
Step 3. Report on production schedule weekly until completion-by LIANGGONG customer team.
Step 4. Execute pre-shipment inspection company.
Step 5. The balance payment-by the customer.
Step 6. Arrange the loading and shipment after balance payment-by LIANGGONG customer team.
Step 7. Submit the complete set of shipping documents via courier after departure- by LAINGGONG customer team. Step 8. Submit the complete set of the user manual, calculation, shop drawing and assembly drawings-by LIANGGONG overseas sales team.
