Skydeck System
Lianggong Skydeck Slab Formwork is one of the most efficient and labour-saving panel slab formworks. With highly light aluminium frame panels, safe handy and high loading capacity aluminium props, easy to learn assembly sequence and slab forming can be implemented rapidly in residential and industrial construction projects with thicker slabs.
It is light and sturdy and can ensure convenient transportation, quick erection, high efficiency, low labor and storage costs, and provide a larger and wider operating space for the workplace, providing a highly cost-effective solution for construction applications.
The SKYDECK system features adrophead.
Striking can therefore be carried out af-ter only one day (depending on the slabthickness and strength of concrete). Fotthe contractor, this means less on-siteformwork materials as beams and panelshave been freed up for the next con-creting cycle.
Striking after a short time means thatstriking and cleaning is also much easierbecause the panels separate from theconcrete effortlessly. The drophead prin-ciple enables you to work more flexibly.For instance, early striking during poorweather or if personnel are available.
Forming with the SKYDECK droph-ead means fast concreting cycleswith small quantities of on-sitematerial requirements.
The drophead principle allows strikingafter only 1 day, depending on slab depthand concrete strength.
Striking is easier because the panelscan be released from the concrete moreeasily after a short time.
The possibility of striking after a shorttime allows work to be carried outmore flexibly (e.g. during bad weatheror when personnel have free capacity)
Lightweight aluminium support
Use with countersunk heads and panels to form a complete system.
The lightweight aluminium supports not only allow for easier handling and installation, they are also safer and more durable.
On site, it can be quickly installed and dismantled with very little labour, which not only improves efficiency, but also reduces the use of other machines, and makes the site safe, tidy and orderly.

Aluminium Props range from 800mm to 625mm and have a maximum workload of up to 90kN.
Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
