H20 Timber Beam Wall Formwork includes steel walers, H20 timber beams, and other connecting components. Depending on the length of the H20 beam, which can be up to 6.0 m, these components can be joined into formwork panels of varying widths and heights. We manufacture the steel walings according to the exact lengths needed for each project. The waling connectors and steel waling have longitudinally formed holes, which cause the tightness of the connections to be continually changeable under tension and compression. Two waling connectors and four wedge pins secure each waling junction. Mounted on the steel waling, panel struts-also known as push-pull props-assist in the erection of formwork panels. The height of the formwork panels determines the length of the panel struts. Wall formwork can be attached to working and concreting platforms using the top console bracket. The components include a top console mount, boards, pipes, and pipe couplers made of steel.
Timber Column Formwork
The timber beam column formwork system is a combined type of formwork that uses steel and wood together. The components of this system include 18-millimeter plywood, 200-by-80-millimeter H20 timber beams, channel steel walers, flange clamps, angle tie brackets, connecting plates, lifting hooks, wedges, and other parts.By modifying the size of the formwork section area, the adjustable column formwork allows concrete casting of square or rectangular columns within a given range. The correction is accomplished by shifting the walers' relative positions. The walers of adjustable column formwork, which may cast concrete for square or rectangular columns with side lengths ranging from 200 to 1400 mm, come in three different specifications.
Timber Wall Formwork
Timber beam straight wall formwork is mainly used for casting walls.The use of formworks speeds up construction greatly,shortens work period,reduces construction cost,and facilitates construction and quality control.
The straight wall formwork mainly consists of the formwork and the diagonal strut.The formwork is an integrated system of panel,wooden beam and steel back bridge;the diagonal strut can be designed according to need,or company standard diagonal strut can be adopted. At the corner,it is generally connected with the tie bar through the cast diagonal seat.
Timber Slab Formwork
Timber beam formwork for slab offers advantages such as structural stability, ease of construction, and low material cost. On-site, it is easy to process and adjust, with strong adaptability, which improves construction efficiency and shortens project duration, especially for large-scale projects.

1. Generally,the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products.

---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: lt is available on customer's reguest.
---Basket: Some irregular goods will be loaded in basket in container.
