Product Description
Tunnel form is a formwork system that allows casting of walls and slabs in one operation resulting in a cellular RCC
structure. It combines speed, quality, and accuracy with the flexibility and economy of in-situ construction. The
system creates an efficient load-bearing structure for use in a wide variety of applications. It is particularly effective
in projects suited to repetitive cellular construction such as residential blocks, hotels, student accommodation,
barracks, and prisons. The cycle time of the tunnel formwork system lies between 1 to 3 days, which is very little
compared to other formwork systems. So tunnel formwork took a lead in the time-saving of projects which indirectly
affect the total project cost.

Packaging & Shipping
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
