Timber Beam Formwork
H20 Timber Beam Wall Formwork includes steel walers, H20 timber beams, and other connecting components. Depending on the length of the H20 beam, which can be up to 6.0 m, these components can be joined into formwork panels of varying widths and heights. We manufacture the steel walings according to the exact lengths needed for each project. The waling connectors and steel waling have longitudinally formed holes, which cause the tightness of the connections to be continually changeable under tension and compression. Two waling connectors and four wedge pins secure each waling junction. Mounted on the steel waling, panel struts-also known as push-pull props-assist in the erection of formwork panels. The height of the formwork panels determines the length of the panel struts. Wall formwork can be attached to working and concreting platforms using the top console bracket. The components include a top console mount, boards, pipes, and pipe couplers made of steel.
Timber Wall Formwork
Steel walings, H20 timber beams, and additional connecting components make up H20 timber beam wall formwork. Formwork panels with varying widths and heights can be built using these components, contingent upon the H20 beam length up to 6.0 meters. The necessary steel walings are made in accordance with project-specific tailored lengths. The steel waling and waling connectors' longitudinally formed holes produce consistently varying tight connections (tension and compression). Four wedge pins and a waling connector ensure that every waling joint is securely fastened together.
Panel struts, also known as push-pull props, are installed on the steel waling to facilitate the assembly of formwork panels. The height of the formwork panels is taken into consideration when choosing the panel strut length. Working and concreting platforms are fixed to the wall formwork using the top console bracket. This includes the steel pipes, pipe couplers, planks, and top console bracket.
