Shaft Beam Platform
The shaft platform is mainly used for concrete casting of shafts of high-rise buildings, such as elevators, equipment shafts, and stairwells. The lateral pressure of concrete is mainly borne by the wall-through tie rod, and the shaft beam platform has the advantages of being simple, quick, and economical in operation.
Introduction to the system:
The shaft beam platform consists of a platform board, timber beam, beam clamp, shaft beam, and anchor.
The structure drawing is as follows:
In the drawing, L is the length of the timber beam and W is adjustable. Shaft beams are in a few specifications, ranging from 1.45m to 5.8m, to adapt adapted to the widths of different shafts, and selected as per need.
Shaft beam platform lifting:
The platform and formwork must be hoisted separately. First, lift the formwork, and then the platform. When the platform is in place, the claw of the shaft beam must be fixed tightly on the tensile bolt.
Used together with the climbing formwork:
The Shaft beam platform should be used with another formwork system in the construction process. The picture below is the diagram of the collaboration of the shaft beam platform and cantilever formwork CB-240.

2. Stable in structure and convenient in operation. Connecting parts are standard and universal.
3. Supports, formwork, and construction load are all born by anchors.No scaffold is needed. It is suitable for casting high-rise cores.
4. Variety in specification and adjustability of the length of the platform beam is adapted to the structural dimensions of the shaft.
Package:
1. Generally, the total net weight of a loaded container is 22 tons to 25 tons, which needs to be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available at the customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in the container.
