Skydeck
Lianggong Skydeck is made of lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum alloy material as raw material, supplemented by advanced production technology to achieve the purpose of rapid lifting. In addition, the system is equipped with an early removal system, so that you can work on construction projects easily and safely, fast and cost saving. The system can be used repeatedly. In addition, the skydeck contains advanced design concepts, and the aluminum prop is equipped with a measuring scale for easy fine-tuning of the working process.
Lightweight aluminium support
It can be used in combination with countersunk heads and panels to form a complete system.
The lightweight aluminium supports not only facilitate easier handling and installation but are also safer and more durable.
On site, it can be rapidly installed and dismantled with minimal labour, which not only enhances efficiency but also reduces the need for other machines, making the site safe, tidy and orderly.
The SKYDECK system features adrophead.
The drophead principle enables striking after only 1 day, depending on the slab depth and concrete strength.
Striking is made easier as the panels can be more easily released from the concrete after a short time.
The possibility of striking after a short time permits work to be carried out more flexibly (e.g. during bad weather or when personnel have free capacity).
Forming with the SKYDECK droph-ead means fast concreting cycleswith small quantities of on-sitematerial requirements.

Product Peremeters
1.Four-start start-thread cast steel nut
The cast steel nut with four-start start-thread can easily adjust the height of the inner column. One turn can raise it by 36 mm. The adjustment speed is twice as fast as that of a single thread, and the adjustment efficiency is three times that of ordinary steel pillars.
2.Automatic concrete removal function
The design of the inner column and nut realizes the function of spontaneous concrete removal when the pillar system rotates. Even in the case of extremely severe adherence of dirt, the nut can still move freely.
3.Height measurement scale
The inner column is marked with a height measurement scale to show quick pre-adjustment, reducing the labor cost spent on measurement and adjustment.
4.Safety stop device
The column also provides a safety stop device to prevent the inner column from accidentally sliding off when loosening
5.External column spray coating
The surface of the outer column is sprayed with plastic to effectively prevent concrete adhesion.
Props with Built-in taps and safe stopping device makes safe and fast operation.
- For slab thickness up to 100cm with 150cm main beam, and up to 40cm with 225cm main beam.
- Flexible solution with specially designed accessories for infill area around columns or edge of slab near walls.
- 750/500/375mm width by 1500/750mm length aluminium panels lined with Form birch,the biggest size panel 750*1500mm only weights 16.2kg.

Aluminium Props range from 800mm to 625mm and have a maximum workload of up to 90kN.
Packaging&Shipping
Packaging:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Basket: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
