Timber Beam Formwork
H20 Timber Beam Wall Formwork includes steel walers, H20 timber beams, and other connecting components. Depending on the length of the H20 beam, which can be up to 6.0 m, these components can be joined into formwork panels of varying widths and heights. We manufacture the steel walings according to the exact lengths needed for each project. The waling connectors and steel waling have longitudinally formed holes, which cause the tightness of the connections to be continually changeable under tension and compression. Two waling connectors and four wedge pins secure each waling junction. Mounted on the steel waling, panel struts-also known as push-pull props-assist in the erection of formwork panels. The height of the formwork panels determines the length of the panel struts. Wall formwork can be attached to working and concreting platforms using the top console bracket. The components include a top console mount, boards, pipes, and pipe couplers made of steel.

The flex-slab formwork system is commonly used for pouring concrete slabs and is specifically intended for intricate floor layouts, particularly in limited spaces. The structure is upheld by steel props and tripods equipped with various support heads. The system utilizes H20 timber beams as the major and secondary beams, with plywoods serving as the panels on top. The system is suitable for a maximum clear height of 5.90 meters.The flex-slab formwork system is designed for various types of slabs and includes steel props, tripods, four-way heads, H20 timber beams, and shuttering panels.It is mostly utilized for decking areas surrounding lift shafts and staircases, as well as for villa projects or manually operated slab formwork systems with restricted crane capacity. This system operates autonomously from cranes.

The H20 Timber Beam Table Formwork is designed for slab concrete construction.
These tables come pre-assembled in customized sizes. The largest size available is 3x6 meters.
They support slab thicknesses up to 50 cm. For larger slabs, additional support can be provided.
The clearance storey height reaches up to 5.5 meters.
Horizontal transport is easy with a transporting trolley. Vertical transport is done using a crane with a lifting fork.
Standard sizes include lengths of 4.00 m or 5.00 m. Widths are typically 2.0 m.
The maximum height of the formwork can reach 5.0 m.
