Steel Prop
Steel supports can effectively resist the pressure of underground soil and reduce the occurrence of geological disasters. Ensure the safety during the construction use. In addition, steel support has the advantage of reuse. It can reduce the construction cost.
The traditional support method usually requires a large amount of human, material and financial resources to be invested in the erection and dismantling of the support structure. And it may cause a waste of resources in the dismantling process. The steel support can be reused again after simple dismantling, cleaning and maintenance. It reduces the waste of resources and environmental damage, and reduces the overall cost of the support project. In addition, steel support also has the advantages of strong adaptability and flexible design. According to the actual situation of the site and different needs, steel support can be flexibly designed and adjusted.
Steel prop is adjustable within a specific range and can be adjusted as needed.
There are mainly three types of steel props:
1.Outer tube φ60 ,inner tubeφ48(60/48)
2.Outer tube φ75 ,inner tubeφ60(75/60)
3.Outer tube φ88.5 ,inner tubeφ75.5(88.5/75.5)
Foldable tripod
Tripod is used for reinforcement of steel prop. It is foldable, being convenient for transport and storage.
There are two specifications for the tripod: H70 and H90.
H70 is for reinforcing steel prop with outer pipe of φ60.
H90 is for reinforcing steel prop with outer pipe of φ75.

Packaging&Shipping
Packaging:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Basket: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.

Q5:How long does it take to make a brief design and quotation after we offer the structural drawing?
A:In general, it takes 3-5 days based on specific requirements of construction project.
Q6:What is your terms of payment?
A:Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Q7:Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A:Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q8: How to purchase your formwork and scaffolding?
For any order you proceed with, LIANGGONG will follow the following steps:
Step 1. Confirm the order based on our proposal after technical & commercial communication-by the customer, LIANGGONG overseas sales team and technical team.
Step 2. Make the deposit-by the customer.
Step 3. Report on production schedule weekly until completion-by LIANGGONG customer team.
Step 4. Execute pre-shipment inspection company.
Step 5. The balance payment-by the customer.
Step 6. Arrange the loading and shipment after balance payment-by LIANGGONG customer team.
Step 7. Submit the complete set of shipping documents via courier after departure- by LAINGGONG customer team. Step 8. Submit the complete set of the user manual, calculation, shop drawing and assembly drawings-by LIANGGONG overseas sales team.
Step 9. Site supervision-by LIANGGONG on-site supervision team.
